What is the free 21-point indoor air quality assessment?
It is where every job starts. A technician comes to your home, inspects your ductwork and system across 21 checkpoints, and shows you exactly what is going on inside before you decide anything. There is no cost and no obligation.
What makes your air duct cleaning different?
Most companies use a rotor brush that cannot physically reach into roughly 90 percent of a home's ductwork. We use negative air machines and flexible air whips that clean the entire system, and we document the job with before and after photos and video so you can see the difference.
Are you licensed, insured, and certified?
Yes. We are a licensed HVAC company with licensed HVAC contractors on staff, we are NADCA certified through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, and we are fully insured.
How much do your services cost?
Our Standard duct cleaning package starts at $549 and our Premier package is $875, which adds botanical sanitation, drain line cleaning, and coil cleaning. Our HVAC maintenance plan is $99 a year. Every visit starts with a free 21-point assessment, and pricing varies by the number of systems in your home.
Do you really do HVAC, or just duct cleaning?
We genuinely do HVAC. Deep Breath is a licensed HVAC company, so alongside duct and air quality work we handle HVAC maintenance, new system installation, and repairs with licensed technicians.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes. Along with homes, we clean ductwork and dryer exhaust and service HVAC systems for commercial properties, including retail, medical, and office facilities, with scheduling that works around your operation.
Do you protect my home and show me the results?
We do. We cover your furniture, fully vacuum and clean up after every job, and finish with botanical, naturally derived sanitizers. You also get before and after photos and video of your own system, which very few companies provide.
